About the Firm
Record clearing is all we do
Expunction and nondisclosure law is narrow, technical, and unforgiving of mistakes — a petition that misses an agency or misstates a date can leave records behind. We focus on this one area of Texas law so our clients get it done right the first time.
Why we do this work
Every year, thousands of Texans are turned down for jobs, apartments, and professional licenses because of arrests that never led to a conviction — records the law says they are entitled to erase. We started this practice because the people who most need a clean slate are often the least equipped to navigate the statutes, agencies, and court procedures required to get one.
