Usually eligible once the waiting period passes — generally 180 days (Class C), 1 year (Class A/B), or 3 years (felony) from the arrest — or immediately in some circumstances.
My charges were dismissed
Usually eligible, most often once the statute of limitations expires — and sooner if the dismissal shows the charge lacked probable cause or was based on mistake or false information.
