Where records touch student life
Graduate and professional programs ask criminal-history questions (medical, law, education especially); campus jobs, housing, study abroad, and internships run commercial checks; and college-town cases — MIP, PI, small possession, fake ID — are exactly the outcomes (deferrals, dismissals) Texas law clears most cleanly.
